Ingredients

<ul><li>4 avocados</li><li>½ onion</li><li>½ tomato</li><li>1T xx-hot green chile</li><li>1T sour cream<br></li><li>1tsp minced garlic</li><li>½ tsp lime juice</li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<p>Put everything but the onion and tomato in the food processor and spin
until smooth-ish. Mince onion and tomato and mix in. Makes about a pint,
to judge by the container I’ve got it in.</p>
