Ingredients
<ul><li><font class="content">1 tablespoon Oil (Vegetable)</font></li><li><font class="content">1 teaspoon Baking Powder</font></li><li><font class="content">1 cup Flour</font></li><li><font class="content">0.5 cups Water</font></li><li><font class="content">0.5 cups Parrot Bay Rum</font></li><li><font class="content">1 tablespoon Sugar (granulated)</font></li><li><font class="content">0.25 teaspoons Ginger</font></li></ul>
Cooking Instructions
<p>* Preheat griddle to 300F/150C<br>
* Mix dry ingredients in 1L bowl.<br>
* Mix wet ingredients in measuring cup<br>
* Blend wet ingredients into dry ingredients a bit at a time, until a relatively smooth batter results.<br>
* Pour onto griddle to create pancakes of the desired size.<br>
* When the middles are bubbling, flip pancakes and cook for about the same amount of time on the other side.</p>
<p>Makes about 6 mid-size pancakes</p>
