Ingredients

<ul><li>1 pkg bratwurst</li><li>1 bottle of beer (Schell's if you can get it)</li><li>1 onion</li><li>1tsp garlic powder</li><li>1c chopped celery</li><li>1 can cream of cheddar soup</li><li>1 can cream of mushroom soup</li><li>1/2c milk</li><li>1c shredded sharp cheddar</li><li>1 pkg tater tots (WHAT FUCKIGN SIZE, TIM???)<br></li></ul>

Cooking Instructions

<ol><li>Bring pot of water to boil</li><li>Add beer, onion, and garlic powder<br></li><li>Submerge brats into the pot and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes</li><li>Remove and let cool</li><li>Butter a casserole dish</li><li>Mix remaining ingredients except tater tots in a separate bowl</li><li>Chop brats and mix into bowl</li><li>Pour mixture into casserole dish, top with tater tots, and bake for 1h at 350F/180C</li><li>Sprinkle with cheese for the last 10-15m of baking<br></li></ol>
