Ingredients
<ul><li>a FOUR serving box of pistachio instant pudding</li><li>a ~450g tin of crushed pineapple</li><li>a tub of Cool Whip</li><li>1/2c shredded coconut<br></li><li>crushed pecans, maybe honey roasted (some)</li><li>about 1/2c of mini marshmallows</li></ul><p>Everything that isn't pudding, cool whip, and pineapple is optional. Some people use other nuts. Some people put maraschino cherries in it.<br></p>
Cooking Instructions
<ol><li>Mix the pudding into the pineapple juice first</li><li>Add half the Cool Whip and stir until the colour evens out</li><li>Add the marshmallows and mix thoroughly<br></li><li>Add the rest of the Cool Whip, the pineapple, the coconut, and the nuts. Mix until you've got something like an even distribution of green colour and lumpy bits.</li><li>Stick it in the fridge for a few hours. Overnight is better.</li><li>Put some more pecans on top before serving.<br></li></ol>
