<p><font class="content">Put the vegetable oil in the pan and set it on
high heat, then add the onion, potato, and beans. Mix in salt and
pepper. Stir to keep from sticking until the potatoes are loose and
greyish from the oil. Mix in sesame oil, if you're using it, salsa,
and honey. Cook until the bottom starts to get crunchy. (Poke at the
edges. You should have chips/sheets of lightly-browned potato.) Flip
onto a plate and toss shredded cheese on it. Probably ought to serve 2
