<p><font class="content">* Get a 2-litre glass jug. Do not put this shit in plastic. Do not, under any circumstances, put this shit in plastic.<br>
* Remove stems from cherries and slice each one down one side.<br>
* Add red wine (cheap is good. I like Merlot or Shiraz for this) and honey<br>
* Stir the fuck out of it, at this point. Get the honey worked in, as best you can<br>
* Add Irish whiskey, fresh cherries.<br>
* Put the lid on it and swirl it a bit.<br>
* Fill the jar the rest of the way with water.<br>
* Forget about it for a couple of months. At least two weeks, or it'll
taste like wet ass with a hint of cherry. We usually make it in May or
June for Christmas.</font></p>
