<p>Mix dry ingredients first. Add wet ingredients slowly, and stir until
smooth. Preheat griddle to 350F/180C (or if you’re crazed and doing this
on the stove, medium heat should do it). Pour stuff on hot griddle.
It’s going to cook the bottom pretty much instantly, so knock the
uncooked part off the top and spread it out to about the thickness of
the cooked part. Wait until the edges start to brown. Remove with
spatula or your fingers, depending on whether you can even get a spatula
under that. These should be soft enough to roll, even after they cool.</p>
