Put the honey and shortening in a microwave-safe measuring cup and
nuke for ~1m. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon. Fill the measuring
cup the rest of the way to 1/4L (1c) with milk, stirring slowly as you
pour to prevent lumps, and then add another 2T*. Stir until smooth.
Microwave 1m. Stir until the weight feels even throughout. Chill until
set. Should produce a single serving of delicious chocolate-cinnamon pudding.
*If the pudding is too runny for you, cut the last 2T milk next time.
Okay, and I discovered this trying to make something I could put on this blueberry cake I found a mix for in the back of my cupboard. I’m gonna call accidental chocolate pudding a success on that front, though I might toss a pinch of cayenne in it, just for a little kick.
