Watergate Salad

Description
It's green. It's lumpy. It's delicious.
Ingredients
- a FOUR serving box of pistachio instant pudding
- a ~450g tin of crushed pineapple
- a tub of Cool Whip
- 1/2c shredded coconut
- crushed pecans, maybe honey roasted (some)
- about 1/2c of mini marshmallows
Everything that isn't pudding, cool whip, and pineapple is optional. Some people use other nuts. Some people put maraschino cherries in it.
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the pudding into the pineapple juice first
- Add half the Cool Whip and stir until the colour evens out
- Add the marshmallows and mix thoroughly
- Add the rest of the Cool Whip, the pineapple, the coconut, and the nuts. Mix until you've got something like an even distribution of green colour and lumpy bits.
- Stick it in the fridge for a few hours. Overnight is better.
- Put some more pecans on top before serving.
