Ingredients


  • 1 each Double Pie Crust
  • .5 teaspoons Salt
  • .25 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1.5 pounds Mushrooms (Crimini)
  • 2 tablespoons Oil (olive)
  • .5 cups Cheese (Cheddar)
  • .5 teaspoons Ginger

Cooking Instructions

Parboil or sauté the mushrooms; drain. Add oil, cheese, and spices. Mix well. Place in pie shell, add lid if desired, and bake at 350° F for 35-40 minutes, or until pastry is a golden brown.
