Ingredients
.5 teaspoons Salt
2 packages Parsley
4 Onions (Yellow)
1 cup Cheese (Cheddar)
8 Eggs (whole)
1 tablespoon Butter
.125 teaspoons Saffron
.25 teaspoons Sugar (granulated)
.125 teaspoons Cloves
.125 teaspoons Mace
1 Pie Crust
.5 teaspoons Basil
.5 teaspoons Thyme
Cooking Instructions
Parboil or sauté the onions and parsley; drain
well. Mix with all other ingredients and place in pie shell. Bake at
350° F for 35-40 minutes or until pastry is brown and filling is set.
