Ingredients

  • .5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 packages Parsley
  • 4 Onions (Yellow)
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar)
  • 8 Eggs (whole)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • .125 teaspoons Saffron
  • .25 teaspoons Sugar (granulated)
  • .125 teaspoons Cloves
  • .125 teaspoons Mace
  • 1 Pie Crust
  • .5 teaspoons Basil
  • .5 teaspoons Thyme

Cooking Instructions

Parboil or sauté the onions and parsley; drain well. Mix with all other ingredients and place in pie shell. Bake at 350° F for 35-40 minutes or until pastry is brown and filling is set.
